Lol for someone who isn't a battle trainer Gou was able to put up a fight with Zapdos, I was expecting Ash to come save him and I am kind of surprised Raboot's attack was strong enough to knock Zapdos since I'm sure it's level isn't high enough to compete with a legendary pokemon.

It was interesting to watch Team Rocket working together with Ash and Gou although I was a little surprised they gave up on the Zapdos for Pikachu but I guess they wanted to take advantage of the ground type advantage they had.

Damn plot armor on Legendaries.

Flygon should've overpowered zapdos. Well anything is possible in anime.

Probably depending on the leveled experience. Even by standards of elements you have to be pretty powerful just to get to Zapdos level. Its a legendary for a reason.

Base on elements, it doesn't matter how strong the lightning is, it doesn't affect ground.

I wasnt rooting for Gou at first cause his pokeballs are like ultra balls but ive come to like the character and this time his pokemons tried really hard. Man deserved that Zapdos.
